An accomplished sales leader, mentor, coach, and executive, Todd has developed the structure and processes to consistently build winning teams, and the passion to make it happen. Prior to founding Lathrop Consulting Group, Todd led sales at multiple early- and mid-stage software companies as they went through various phases of hyper-growth. Experience driving continual growth and above-target results through such a varied landscape uniquely positions Todd to offer savvy guidance to the business leaders of today and tomorrow.

Alasdair Henderson
Alasdair is a proven sales leader, coach and mentor with almost 2 decades of GTM success taking products to market and building proactive, self-reliant sales organizations that punch above their weight. He has spent his career thriving on the intellectual challenges of GTM, for early and late-stage companies, in both the US and EMEA.
Alasdair has been part of 2 acquisitions, experienced growth from 0-50M and 0-200 employees, and most recently led Airbnb’s B2B enterprise expansion in EMEA following one of his consulting clients being acquired by them.
He focuses on 4 key growth stages where companies need to gain traction- market entry, building product-market fit, enterprise penetration, and international expansion - putting in place the right team, a repeatable sales motion as well as the systems & frameworks to scale correctly.
As a believer in the science of sales and an ex-civil engineer, Alasdair has broken down his learnings into a library of processes and frameworks that can be deployed quickly to maximize speed to market, growth and mitigate risk.
